Creon is a specialist provider of mezzanine finance for UK residential property development. It provides a single source of risk finance for small to medium sized developers.
The company floated on AIM in November 2004 raising its initial funding. A further fund-raising was successfully completed in November 2005 enabling it to pursue its strategy of continuing expansion. Creon lends its own funds and aims to build long term relationships with a range of developers.
Creon has an experienced operational team based in offices in London and in the Midlands. It works closely with selected brokers and solicitors to provide a flexible and responsive service.
Projects typically range from £1.5m to £6.0m. Terms of business depend on the quality of proposals which are evaluated on a project by project basis.
